WAV Hire

Cambridgeshire Motor Centre are happy to announce the launch of our new wheelchair accessible vehicle hire scheme. This will give customers the opportunity to hire a WAV, short or long term.

The benefits of hiring a WAV are that there is minimal commitment. You may only need a WAV for a short period due to an injury, short term condition or just for more comfortable travel for a long journey or holiday.

We have a range of accessible vehicles available for hire from 2 seats to 17 seats (subject to availability) and use our own stock to make up our hire fleet meaning we are even able to hire vehicles with hand controls and more advanced adaptations as well as standard wheelchair accessible vehicles.

We are experts in the WAV sector and have many years experience selling used WAV’s, we are now able to offer our expertise to customers looking to hire a WAV short or long term. From our indoor showroom in Cambridgeshire we can discuss your needs to ensure the WAV you hire is the perfect vehicle. We can then arrange collection (or arrange delivery) at a time that’s convenient for you

We believe we have the best WAV hire deals on offer and aim to be the cheapest like for like hire. If we aren’t, tell us and we will aim to match or beat any like for like quote. We aim to make WAV hire easy, we can usually have a vehicle ready within 24 hours and in some cases same day hire is available! All our hire vehicles are ex motability vehicles so have been well cared for throughout their life and maintained to the highest standard.

Vehicles we are able to supply range from small (Fiat Doblo, Peugeot Partner, Citroen Berlingo, Volkswagen Caddy) to medium (Peugeot Expert, Citroen Dispatch) to large (Ford Tourneo, VW Transporter) and even extra large (Renault Master, Peugeot Boxer, Mercedes Sprinter). All these vehicles are available to hire and have a range of adaptations including drive from access, driver transfer, passenger up front and hand controls.

We are able to hire our WAV’s nationwide so distance is not an issue, this can all be included in your hire quote.

Typically our rates are as follows:

Minimum 5 day hire:
Small WAV (Berlingo, Tourneo Connect etc) £85 per day
Medium WAV (Peugeot Expert) £95 per day
Large WAV (Tourneo Custom, Vivaro) £100 per day
Extra Large WAV (Master, Sprinter, Boxer) £110 per day
